Setup via the Android app for BLE Bluetooth

As an alternative method of setup and control, the ALL3079 Series Smart Plugs can also be configured and controlled via the “AllnetPlugSetup” Android app using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).

Requirements

Android smartphone or tablet with Bluetooth (BLE) enabled
Installed Android app: AllnetPlugSetup
ALL3079 Smart Plug within Bluetooth range

Features of the “AllnetPlugSetup” App

The following settings and features can be configured using the Android app:

1. Wi-Fi and Network Configuration

Configuring the Wi-Fi name (SSID) for integration into the existing network
Configuration via IP Address Assignment: DHCP or Static IP Address

2. Controlling the Outlets (Toggle Plugs)

The individual outlets are referred to as “Toggle Plugs” in the app and can be controlled separately.

Toggle Plug Assignments:

Toggle Plug 1: First grounded outlet (Schuko)
Toggle Plug 2: USB port (depending on model: ALL3079 & ALL3079-4)
ALL3079-S: Only Toggle Plug 1 is available

Toggle Plug Assignment: 4-port version ALL3079-4

Toggle Plug 1: Grounded Outlet 1
Toggle Plug 2: Grounded Outlet 2
Toggle Plug 3: Grounded Plug 3
Toggle Plug 4: Grounded Outlet 4
Toggle Plug 5: USB ports (if available)

All settings you configure in the Android app are transmitted via the Bluetooth BLE standard. This transmission may take a little time. Each transmission is confirmed with an acknowledgment or confirmation of execution.
